she combines pop, electronic and alternative rock to make a smooth sound that is uniquely hers.

 

i love her style and her music is the greatest.

I like boys with slim fitting shoes and leather satchels and girls with red lipstick and stockings

I like reminiscing with old friends

I like looking through old books and feeling the history within the pages

I like rewinding time

I like singing to music so loud i can't hear my own voice

I like day-dreaming of things to come

I like noodles at the sushi bar with B.

I like those days when inspiration comes naturally in a stream of thoughts

I like over sized jumpers and moss-green oxfords

I like opening the bottom of a hole punch and pouring the circles into my hand

I like laughing and laughing and laughing until you don't know what you are laughing about

I like being proud of doing something you were scared of

Today i woke up and realised i had fallen asleep listening to Angus and Julia Stone

In some ways, I love everything.

Its less, its less of a thing to like, its less distinct, its less particular

I like things that I like but I love everything

Cos even the worst things have things you love in them

 I don’t know what you mean about things I hate

I hate not being able to make decisions

I hate the non-slip grips on bed socks

I hate the thought of ripping pages out of an old book

I hate grapes with seeds

I hate it when something plays over and over again in your mind when you go to sleep

I hate arguing about insignificant things with close friends  but in a way, it’s worth the laughter that comes when we realise how silly we are being

I hate the way our society has become and the way we treat the environment

I hate when i don't tell the truth

who am i?

I have been tagged by the amazing Athena (who has the most wonderful blog) to 'reintroduce myself'.

 

My name is Pearl.

I'm fifteen going on sixteen and i think I'm starting to discover who i am.

I find it hard to explain myself in words.

I love to listen to the rain at night, and i think to much about everything.

I analyse situations, and then i realise I'm analysing them and start to analyse why I'm analysing.

When I'm bored i clear my mind and look at everything with fresh eyes, i find so much inspiration this way.

I get lost in the moment.

I'm excitable, and generally a very happy person, smiling is contagious.

I love to act, sometimes its to escape.

Friendship means the most, i love people who give amazing hugs.

I do well at school, i hope i use my results in the future.

I want to do something to be remembered for.

I want to help people, I want to make a change.
